Michael Ayoade, 34, who was caught on CCTV following the 16-year-old, then hitting her in the side of the head from behind has been sentenced to fours years.
His victim, a 16-year-old girl, incredibly escaped with just three broken teeth after she was sent crashing to the ground.
Two days earlier Ayoade had carried out another random attack - this time on a female university student.
Daniella Montieth, who was studying political science and international relations, was walking through the ticket hall at Plaistow Tube, station on November 20, 2011, when he punched her in the side of the head, leaving her sprawled unconscious.
He was sentenced to 19 months for punching the student.
Ayoade was arrested shortly after the second attack.
Ayoade told police: “I admit it. I had too much to drink and smoke that day.
“She started it, she didn’t have a friendly face. She made me feel like a pauper with her facial gestures.”
Passing sentence at Inner London Crown Court, Judge Roger Chapple said they were "vicious, unprovoked attacks on young, lone females".
He said that Ayoade posed a threat of causing serious harm to women.
A thug who punched a girl to the ground in an unprovoked attack did so because she “did not have a friendly face”, a court heard today.
