A paramedic sprinkled his pubic hair on a colleague's dinner plate at a Christmas party, a hearing was told.
Kevin Hamlyn, 41, threw food at fellow workers and made sexual gestures, the Health and Care Professions Council heard yesterday.
The East of England Ambulance operations boss is also accused of making lewd comments to a woman at the Peterborough hotel bash.
Mr Hamlyn admits the pubic hair and food throwing incidents but denies the other allegations.
The misconduct hearing continues.
