Man in court for impregnating garden boy's wife

Simon Chiware of Chivi District, Zimbabwe appeared in court accused of impregnating the wife of his former garden boy who had gone to South Africa to look for another job.
John Gore told Chivi Magistrate, Francis Mapfumo that he was hurt more by the fact that his former boss did not just impregnate his wife but he had the audacity to make love to her from the comfort of Gore's bed and house.
It is alleged that Chiware proposed love to Moline last year around February while her husband was away in South Africa and they started dating.
Chiware accepted that he had an affair with Moline but denied that she was still married because Moline had told him that she was a free woman.
Gore insisted that he was still married to Molline as he had not given her 'gupuro' (divorce token) as a sign of divorce and bemoaned the fact that the two were getting intimate in his house, on his bed and using his blankets.
He said he wanted him to replace everything that they used.
Gore demanded $2020 or five beasts, new blankets and a new bed in damages.
Chiware went on to accuse Moline of being a prostitute alleging that she was in an affair with two other men from the same village.
