Mum poisons sons, commits suicide

FOURWAYS, SA - A woman in her 40s poisoned her two sons aged 12 and 17 before committing suicide in Fourways, north of Johannesburg, South Africa on Sunday evening.
Officers were called to the scene on Sunday and found several suicide notes in the house.
Police spokesperson Balan Muthan said it appears the boys' parents were divorced.
"When our patrol vehicles got to the scene we found the father [there]. What residents reported was he went to go pick up one of the boys and when he got there, he found the mother and the two boys deceased."
Police have opened inquest and murder dockets.
