Woman attempts suicide at ex hubby's place

A Tsholotsho woman attempted to take her own life at her ex-husband's home as punishment for denying her sex.
Evylene Sibanda from Fumabatshena Line in the Sipepa area separated with her husband Adam Dube over a domestic dispute some time last year.
Sibanda is alleged to have vowed to frequent her ex-husband's place for sex since he was the one who broke her virginity and started pestering Dube for intercourse.
On 10 February this year, Dube was granted a protection order against his ex-wife, claiming that she was disturbing his peace.
The court order, however, failed to stop Sibanda from pestering Dube for intercourse.
Dube reported the matter to the police leading to Sibanda's arrest over contempt of court.
Sibanda was remanded out of custody to 5 April on free bail. - Bmetro
