A five-year-old boy was slapped on the nose by a seven-year-old on their way home from school on Friday afternoon in South Africa.
The little boy had a nosebleed but he didn't fight back or call his elder brother to take revenge.
Instead, he ran straight to the Bekkersdal Police Station.
The "bully" followed him to put his side of the story but when he realised he was in trouble he ran away.
The Warrant Officer Peggy Letlhake gave the small boy tissues and advised him to report incidents of bullying.
"Even when it happens to others, you must report to your teacher," she said.
Carletonville Police Sergeant Busi Menoe told Daily Sun that the incident coincided with the Child Protection Awareness campaign.
"The warrant officer showed a sense of responsibility for kids in her community and we hope other officers learn from her excellent example," Menoe said.
