A woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a car ploughed into four people, including two children.
The youngsters and one man were taken to hospital after the car smashed into them before hitting a the Antalya kebab shop in Redfield, Bristol, UK.
They have since been released from hospital but a second man is currently being treated for potentially 'life-changing' injuries.
Witnesses said the victims were left sprawled across the pavement in pools of blood on Marsh Lane.
A resident who asked not to be named said the most seriously injured man lived on the street and had been shopping at an off-licence next door to the shop.
'We heard a very loud bang. We rushed out of the house to see what had happened and saw a car just outside the kebab shop,' he said.
'The glass was smashed and it looked like the car had gone through the front window.
The driver of the car – a 49-year-old woman – was arrested at the scene.
