Man brings home girlfriends, bashes wife - knocks off her tooth after refusing him sex

A Zimbabwean woman, Mercy Sibanda from Plumtree dragged her cheating hubby to court accusing him of bashing her after denying him sex.
Sibanda revealed that at one time she lost a tooth after her husband head-butted her when she refused him his conjugal rights.
David Soko admitted having knocked off his wife's tooth but was quick to defend himself saying he acted in self defence after she had grabbed his genitals following a misunderstanding.
Sibanda told the court that "this man is in the habit of assaulting me in front of children and sometimes he brings his girlfriends home and forces me to sleep in the kitchen."
Soko told the court that he had told Sibanda on several occasions that she should move out of his house because she was denying him conjugal rights which meant she was no longer his wife.
The man left the court in stitches when he said he formally divorced his wife by giving her a "token" of divorce as he wanted to start a new life.
