Robbers force schoolgirls to stripe and eat salt at gunpoint

Robbers in Elliotdale, Eastern Cape, South Africa on Wednesday forced four schoolgirls to eat salt at gun point.
Major Zamukulungisa Jozana said three men armed with a gun gained access to the house shortly after midnight on Monday. They broke down the bedroom door where the girls were sleeping.
"They wanted to know whether the owner of the house had a firearm, after which they instructed the girls to undress, eat two spoons of salt each and cover themselves with blankets."
Jozana said the police suspected the men had taken drugs.
"Many stupid things have been committed by people under the influence of drugs," he said.
The men took R171 and four cellphones from the girls before fleeing. A case of house robbery had been opened by Kwaaiman police.
