Driver commits suicide by slitting his throat while driving

A Zimbabwean man in Harare on Friday morning around 8am killed himself in grisly circumstances, "Three Men on a boat" reports.
"The man who has been identified as Francis Ngoneni Masuku, an executive, stabbed himself to death along Addington Lane in Borrowdale at 8am this morning."
A woman who was driving behind his ISUZU KB had noticed two traffic lights changes without any movement from the car.
She went to check on the car from the driver's side and found him in a pool of blood with a knife by his side.
The reason behind his suicide is not yet known.
