Man commits suicide over missing overralls

Charles Simango 48, from Chimanimani, Zimbabwe last week hanged himself from a tree branch after his pair of overalls went missing.
Police confirmed the death of Simango who before committing suicide, had a heated argument with his 24-year-old son, Trymore over the whereabouts of his precious overalls.
Assistant Manicaland provincial police spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Luxson Chananda, said Charles quizzed Trymore over his missing pair of overalls before the two started fighting.
They could not find common ground before Charles left home on February 4.
His family never bothered to look for him since they thought he had gone to Chimanimani for gold panning.
His lifeless body was found hanging from a tree branch on February 11 by one, Crispen who later informed the Simango family.
Police have urged members of the public to solve differences and contentious issues amicably by seeking third parties.
"Escalating suicide cases are becoming a cause of concern. This is worrying and we continue to urge people to solve matters amicably and maturely to avoid unfortunate incidents like these," Asst Insp Chananda said.
