Gay man cheats on lover with his sister

A 30 year old homosexual man in the UK has cheated on his boyfriend with his sister. The couple have been together for four years and the man claims they have a great relationship.
He sought help because he was struggling with his conscience since he got talking to his boyfriend’s sister at his birthday party which was held in their local pub and all his family and friends were there.
He claimed not to taken much notice of the sister before but after both had a lot to drink and got to know each other better there seemed to be a spark between them.
The boyfriend spent the evening flitting between groups of friends and family while the man and the sister slipped outside for a sneaky cigarette and started flirting more.
They were soon kissing and groping each other and they then went all the way in an alley at the side of the pub.
