The Brazilian woman who auctioned off her virginity for $780,000 says she was victimised but retained her virginity.
Catarina Migliorini, 21, says that filmmaker Justin Sisely duped and exploited her for his supposed documentary "Virgins Wanted."
"I felt I was a victim. ... I was misled by Mr. Justin Sisely," Migliorini told The Huffington Post. "I believe he is trying to defraud me and others."
A Japanese millionaire, 53, identified only as Natsu won the bid and met the young woman at a restaurant in Sydney.
Filmmaker Justin Sisely says Migliorini broke her contract as an actress and that he has footage to prove she is no longer a virgin.
But Migliorini says that she did not have sex with Natsu, that he did not cover travel expenses as promised and that he did not match the description provided by Sisely.
She also says that the idea she would have sex at the end of the documentary was not a definite when the documentary was first announced in May 2010.
"Justin made me believe this was a serious documentary about young virgins," she said, "and said that there might or might not be an auction at the end of the documentary."
Migliorini says she was supposed to get 20% of the documentary sales and all of the money from the auction. But she got neither, she says.
Sisely returned rhetorical fire in an email to The Huffington Post. He alleges that she broke her contract as an actress. But is she still a virgin?
"We have the footage to prove otherwise," Sisely said
