Madman says “The plan is still on” to castrate and murder Justin Bieber

Deranged Dana Martin who conspired with a hitman to put a £1,650 bounty on each of Justin’s testicles said “The plan is still on.”
They planned to strike when Justin, 19, played New York’s Madison Square Garden last November, and remove the star’s genitals with garden shears.
But the gruesome plot was foiled when Martin, 45, let details slip to a prison warden.
Court documents said Martin had a grudge after writing to Bieber several times but the singer never replied.
In a chilling interview from his prison cell, Martin told a magazine he wanted to see Justin dead because he felt that Canadian superstar had “changed”.
He said of the plot: “It’s still on. This isn’t going away. Do you really think that I would stop?”
US cops believe Martin may be responsible for other kidnaps and murders across America.
Bieber’s spokesman said: “We take every precaution to protect Justin and his fans.”
