The royal was on a date with new girlfriend Cressida Bonas when Vincenzo Ianniello gave him his phone number at The Rum Kitchen.
Prince Harry, 28, took the offer in good spirits.
Vincenzo said on Twitter: “I gave Prince Harry my number tonight, he promised he’ll call me if he changes his mind about women. Or men. #epicwin.”
It happened at Caribbean-themed bar and restaurant The Rum Kitchen in Notting Hill, West London.
Apache pilot Harry and dance student Cressida had been there with friends, plus Princess Eugenie, 22, and her boyfriend Jack Brooksbank, 26.
Harry left the bar at around 1am, smiling for photographers outside, with Cressida following minutes later.
Cressida, 23, is the daughter of entrepreneur Jeffrey Bonas and Lady Mary-Gaye Curzon, whose dad is an earl.
She is thought to be Harry’s first serious girlfriend since he split from Chelsy Davy in 2010.
They were introduced by Eugenie, who is pals with Cressida.
Their relationship became public knowledge last month when they were spotted kissing on the slopes of posh Swiss ski resort Verbier.
