Arnold Schwarzenegger has confirmed that he will indeed by playing the Terminator in the fifth film.
The Austrian revealed the news in an interview with an Australian fansite, along with an added tidbit about when the cameras will start to roll.
"I'm very happy that the studios want me to be in 'Terminator 5' and to star as the Terminator, which we start shooting in January," he said.
"I'm also going to do King Conan - to play that role and also to do another Twins movie. So I feel very proud of that. I feel very happy and I'm looking forward to doing those films."
The fifth film in the series was confirmed last year, and is being produced by indie company Annapurna Pictures, the company behind films including 'The Master', 'Zero Dark Thirty' and 'Spring Breakers'.
'Avatar' producer Laeta Kalogridis has penned the script, the scribe behind Martin Scorsese's 'Shutter Island' and Oliver Stone's 'Alexander'.
As yet there's no release date for the film, nor any details about what the plot is likely to involve.
