MSU student sues father for maintenance

A Midlands State University student,Nyaradzo Julius, has taken her father to the Civil Courts demanding maintenance.
Third year student argued that her father, Walter Diya has not paid anything towards her maintenance since last year as per the court's order.
The father, on the other hand, begged for downward variation from $380 to $150 arguing that Julius was a student on attachment getting an allowance.
Diya also told the court that he was not getting paid on time.
The matter was postponed to today for ruling.
