Landlord Who Infected Minor With HIV To Receive Additional Charge

A Bulawayo man who deliberately infected his tenants 15 year old daughter with the HIV virus is likely to receive an additional charge.
Michael Muchenjekiwa, 32, of Bulawayo's Sizinda suburb is being charged with sleeping with a minor.
The State cited that it wanted an additional charge of deliberately infecting the minor with HIV.
Muchenjekiwa and the minor are allegedly in a relationship.
Muchenjekiwa in his defence claimed that he was not the first to sleep with the girl since she wasn't a virgin.
He also claimed that he inst HIV positive
Muchenjekiwa was remanded in custody to March 10.
