Zec Commissioner Moyo blasted for defending 'rogue' cartoon

Former MDC official Qhubani Moyo who is now serving under the 'contaminated' Zimbabwe Electoral Commission' has been blasted for defending the deragotary cartoon allegedly  insulting people from the Southern region of the country.

 

The cartoon which opened a Pandora box when it went viral on Social Media was published by the region's paper the Chronicle.

 

Moyo received some lashing when he defended the cartoon on Facebook saying "I don't see anything wrong with it".
