A feud pitting two tenants at a house in Pumula South has spilled into the courts as they accuse each other of violating each other's rights.
Liqa Khabo and his wife Sibusiso Sivango are accusing Dumisani Dube of being a false prophet as well as conniving with his police friends to make their life a living hell.
The couple claim the feud started when they discovered that whenever both of them were not around the "pastor" would force the kids to attend his church "service" in his room.
"Whenever we not around he will force our two girls aged 10 and 12 years to attend his church without our approval.
"He claims to be a Pastor of a church yet his church has only four congregants who are members of his family. The church of it does not have a structure as he uses his room to conduct church services," said Sivango.
Sivango accused Dube of not respecting their privacy and the marriage fabric.
"Our two-year stay with him has been like hell on earth as he will come to my room any time he felt like coming regardless of the fact that he has a wife and I have a husband. At one time in June last year he walked on me while I was almost naked and he indecently assaulted me and when I told him I didn't like it he became angry and told me he will fix me.
"Immediately after that incident he dragged me to court alleging that I called him a wizard but the court granted us a peace order.
Khabo also allege that Dumisane connived with his police friends in turning the tables on his case "Last of last week my wife saw his son, Wisdom Dube, trying to steal some of my car parts when he saw that he had been seen he left them and ran away but we discovered that some parts were already missing when I confronted him he and his father agreed that they will replace the parts but when time to replace elapsed I took the matter to the police only to be told by police that Dumisane has reported me to the police for violating the peace order.
"I was supposed to go to court last Monday but the case was thrown away before it could be heard," said Khabo. When Dube was contacted for comment he quickly dropped the call as soon as he heard the caller's identification and the issue at hand.
