Movement for Democratic Change (MDC-T) is apparently headed for yet another split and no mediation will reverse that, iharare.com claims.
MDC leader, Morgan Tsvangirai has urged party members and Zimbabweans at large not to accept the results of last Wednesday’s elections dismissing them as a sham and a farce.
However some party members who managed to secure a few seats in the just ended election disagree.
They reportedly want to join the new government and have directly defied Tsvangirai's orders and a number of party heavyweights are said to be disgruntled and disillusioned with Tsvangirayi's leadership.
Tendai Biti, who is also Secretary General, won his seat back and has apparently claimed he does not see himself serving in any new government unless it is under the leadership of Tsvangirai.
However iharare.com claims that Tendai Biti harbours presidential aspirations and is plotting to replace Tsvangirai in a move that has been dubbed project 2016 but in public both Biti and Tsvangirai deny that they are at loggerheads.
