JOHANNESBURG - Five people died this afternoon while 18 others were injured in a multi-vehicle pile-up outside Flora Clinic in Roodepoort on Gauteng's West Rand.
EWN reports that 14 cars and two trucks were involved in the collision.
Johannesburg Emergency Services spokesperson Robert Mulaudzi said, "Five were critically injured and another eight were treated and were transported to various healthcare facilities."
It is still not clear what caused the crash.
