SA Military general falls for 'money generating powder', loses R18 000

Two Congolese men were arrested in South Africa on Saturday after selling some 'money generating powder' to a Military General for R18 000.
Sapa reports that the two men, aged 44 and 38, were arrested after selling the general a powder they claimed would be able to convert dollars into nearly R10m.
The suspects are expected to appear before Johannesburg Commercial Crimes Court on Monday.
