The application by Nelson Mandela's daughters Makaziwe and Zenani Mandela to remove them as trustees was struck off the roll.
George Bizos, Tokyo Sexwale and Bally Chuene will remain the trustees of both Harmonieux Investment Holdings and Magnifique Investment Holdingsf for now.
The lawyer representing the Mandelas, Ismail Ayob, withdrew from the case last week.
Mandla Mandela condemned the matter and called on all involved in the court application to drop the case.
He said the case disregarded and undermined Madiba's decisions which he made while he was still strong.
"I consider the action by my relatives as a blatant abuse of the elderly.
"I consider this court action as nothing more than an attempt to loot Madiba's monies that he has carefully explained must benefit the family, and who must guide decisions relating to that."
Mandla said this court case came after the burial matter where the same group of people reportedly obtained a court order through dishonest and misleading information, including claims that Madiba was in a "vegetative state".
He said he believed that the men appointed by his grandfather were men of integrity and have always enjoyed Madiba's confidence and support.
"All of us are mere beneficiaries. We should be grateful that Madiba was kind enough to consider our needs through this trust."
In the court papers, the family refers to Bizos, Sexwale and Chuene as "purported trustees" and wants them to resign.
The Mandelas also want the directorships of the three men in the Mandela holding and investment companies to be nullified.
Makaziwe told SABC that "the money is for the family's upkeep - to go on holidays or even buy homes."
