Last Wednesday, nine of Vuyo's 10 staff members stormed the Council for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) offices in Fox Street, Johannesburg.
They lodged a formal complaint of unfair retrenchment against her.
Savita will soon be called to a CCMA hearing to explain the dismissals.
A CCMA official, who refused to be named, said: "We will be capturing their details next week. We will also start with a formal process to mediate between parties. If that fails, we will go for arbitration. At some point, Mrs Mbuli will have to come in person."
The Sunday Sun also claims that Savita has a married boyfriend.
Apparently his wife had a baby recently and a Sun source said: "The wife knows about them, but there is nothing she can do."
Another source claimed: "Savita bullies her and sometimes insults her over the phone."
Last week, an employee claimed: "We worked for Vuyo for the full month of May and we deserve to be paid.
"We need money for food.Savita bullied us when Vuyo was still alive and got away with it because Vuyo was a man of peace."
She said: "Savita treats people like rubbish! The caretaker at the Mbuli house is a Malawian in his 70s who goes down on his knees when talking to her – because he's scared."
Savita and her friends were reportedly partying last weekend at the Mbuli mansion in Houghton.
Another source added: "The party started on Friday, and from where we were sitting we could hear corks popping."
A source who attended the party said the celebrity guests who had a good time with Savita included Basetsane Khumalo and Stoan's wife, Dolly Ghalagha, Zizi Kodwa's wife, Zama, and Putco Mafani's ex-wife.
