Former Warriors captain Peter Ndlovu, 39, will on Wednesday be back in court in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
He was last month charged with two counts of culpable homicide for allegedly causing the deaths of his elder brother Adam and a passenger, Nomqhele Tshili, in an accident in Victoria Falls in December last year.
Ndlovu was last month remanded out of custody when he appeared before Victoria Falls resident magistrate Mr Archibald Dingana.
In his last appearance, he was not asked to plead and the trial was postponed because his lawyer, Mr Harrison Nkomo advised the court he would not be able to attend the session.
Charges against him are that on 16 December last year Ndlovu was driving his BMW X5 registered as Nuddy GP.
He allegedly failed to negotiate a curve at the 417km peg along the Bulawayo–Victoria Falls Road, near Lupinyu Business Centre in Victoria Falls.
The vehicle veered off the road killing Tshili on the spot while his elder brother, Adam, died on his way to Victoria Falls Hospital.
